WTG Water Treatment GmbH, operates worldwide to design, install and support tailor-made plants for potable-, tap- or effluent water treatment and recovery, mainly using ultrafiltration technology.
As our customer, you are entitled to receive the following services in the field of after sales / maintenance services.
- Maintenance contracts for all types and models of ultrafiltration plants
- 365/24 Support (phone support, spare/wear parts, manpower)
- Advanced spare and wear parts management for 10 years or more
OPERATOR TRAININGS AND WORKSHOPS
- Operational support
- Bridging between operation and management processes
- Trouble shooting, spare and wear parts, if required supervision on site.
- In-house trainings and trainings on the pilot plant in Austria
OTHER SERVICES
- Workshops and trials for ink manufacturers
- Pre-testing of inks for security printers and ink manufacturers before production (new denominations, special colors, etc.) to avoid possible operational problems from new inks.
